COLUMBINE

Dedicated sport type, with salt tolerance

Sport sport sport...
COLUMBINE is tailored to withstand hard wear, recovery with excellent results even after severe damage, and still able to maintain a very high live ground cover.

Salt tolerant repair mix constituent
COLUMBINE is perfect in repair seed mixtures to revive damaged pitches or playgrounds and to upgrade the pitch towards a surface allowing more playing hours. As an extra +, COLUMBINE has high salt tolerance.

Rough, tough but still fine!
In spite of being dedicated to sports, COLUMBINE is nevertheless, much more fine leaved than 10 year old "ornamental" varieties with very good persistency. A good investment!

Easy establishment but not for weed!
COLUMBINE is very easy to establish. The high live ground reduces weed invasion – including Poa annua.

  • Fast recovery to maintain live ground cover
  • Excellent persistency
  • Superior salt tolerance

Demonstrating outstanding resilience and tolerance of both high traffic and the climatic conditions site-wide are mixtures from Johnsons Sports Seed.
